Terms of service

These Terms explain the CUNGPAK quote and order-confirmation process. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Quote requests

A quote request does not create an order or take payment. Provide the product, selected configuration, quantity, destination country or region, postal code and any custom requirements. CUNGPAK aims to send an initial response within 1 business day and a formal quote within 2 business days after all required information is available.

Quote contents and validity

The written quote will identify the confirmed product configuration, quantity, product amount, shipping method and shipping charge, currency, estimated production time, estimated transit time and the information available about import charges. Unless the quote expressly states otherwise, customs duty, import tax and clearance fees are the customer’s responsibility. CUNGPAK does not offer a free-shipping threshold.

Unless the quote states a different period, the quote is valid for 7 calendar days.

Customer confirmation

Before payment, the customer must review and confirm the product configuration, quantity, delivery name, delivery address and destination postal code in writing. CUNGPAK is not responsible for an error in information that the customer confirmed, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Payment

After the product configuration and actual shipping charge are confirmed, CUNGPAK will create a Shopify Draft Order containing the product amount and custom shipping charge. The customer can review the final total and pay once through a secure Shopify checkout link. Unless stated otherwise, the payment link is valid for 7 calendar days.

Changes and cancellations

Before payment, the quote can be revised if the configuration, quantity or destination changes. After payment but before production starts, the customer may request a change or cancellation; any request is subject to written confirmation and any resulting price or shipping adjustment. CUNGPAK will send written notice when custom production starts. After custom production starts, a custom or made-to-order product cannot be cancelled for change of mind, subject to rights that cannot be excluded by law.

Delivery estimates and delays

Production and transit times are estimates stated in the written quote and are not a universal promise for every product or destination. If a material delay occurs, CUNGPAK will contact the customer with updated information and provide the options required by applicable law, which may include accepting the revised timing or cancelling for a refund.

Returns and product issues

Returns, damage, missing parts, incorrect items and refunds are handled under the CUNGPAK Return and Refund Policy. Custom status does not remove remedies for a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from the confirmed specification.
